Annnndd....we're back!!!

Well I must say it has been a VERY busy couple of weeks!!!! First of all we sold our house, and bought a house!! YEA!!! We close on both on June 12, so we are just praying that everything will go smoothly. There is a picture online, but it's kind of older, so I am going to wait until I can get a picture and put one up. So of course we have been super busy with that, trying to get things picked out, trying to pack up, etc. As for baby, he is doing good...just getting bigger and bigger!! Kari and I finally figured out the fabric situation and got that ordered...it is going to look FABULOUS!!! I am so excited. I am not going to go on and on, I will just post some pictures of some recent things that have happened, and hopefully I won't wait that long to blog again!!Mother's day!!

This is what Jonathan got me for mother's day!! I thought he did a great job! I had been saying that I wanted this book...which means he actually DOES listen sometimes!!!!

Memorial day!! We went to the Ranger Game. It was pretty HOT!! They were getting beat pretty bad, so we left early. But we still had a good time!!! Notice what we had to make sure we got in the background...

My friend Kari is super talented and crafty. Here are some of the things that she has made for Baby Hawkins... two bibs, (a small and a medium), a paci-clip, and a burp cloth!! I can't wait until we get the rest of the fabric for the bedding...I know it's going to look AWESOME!!! You're the best Kari!

24 weeks

Nothing really to say...just been busy with house stuff. Hopefully I will be able to put some house pictures up soon!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend...Here are some pictures that we took this weekend...Cheese...

NO getting sick!!!

I refuse to get sick!!! So I have been trying to be VERY cautious.... I went to Target last night at 8:30, (didn't want to be in a large crowd,) and I have been wiping down the handles and light switches at work, along with sanitizing and washing my hands. Now my hands look like I dipped them in white powder, but I DO NOT want to get sick!!!! I was really excited about my mini Lysol can I found though...it's so cute!! I think I will try and get another, if they are not all gone!!

Hailey lost her teeth!

This weekend while we were eating at Dara's, Hailey showed us her loose teeth. I told her I would get them out!! So we got some ice, and she laid on a pillow, and the first one came right out! She didn't even flinch! The next one took a little work... I got it really loose but it didn't want to come out. Sooo I told her to eat an apple, and out it came! She has a tear in her eye, she wasn't crying, she just has bad allergies.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!

I have been a tad busy lately and haven't had time to blog! Also, I haven't really had anything to blog about. Kari, Jill, and I did go look at fabric this weekend and picked out a few things. Here are some of the colors we liked... I'm not sure about the yellow... but I love the stripes, with the navy and tan!!! I'll try and be a little better... good news is we got a contract on our house!!! YEA!!! And thank you everyone for the prayers! We are still in the option period until Sunday, and the inspection is this week as well, so keep praying! Now it's time for hard core house hunting!!!

Or buying the stuff for it at least...hopefully we will be in a different house soon! I finally narrowed it down and picked out the furniture!! Jonathan and I went on Thursday night to look at the last two choices, and we both liked this one the best. We found it at Lonestar Baby, but believe it or not, Storkland had it cheaper!! Sooo I went to Storkland with my mom on Saturday and put the crib, the dresser, and the mattress on layaway! I talked to my friend Kari, and she agreed to make the bedding!!! She makes REALLY cute things, and we are going to pick out the stuff together, so I am really excited... and of course grateful that I have such a great friend!!!
